2011 CALENDAR
ANNOUNCEMENT: Fort Crevecoeur
is seeking out volunteers who wish to put on period demonstrations
at our annual spring and fall rendezvous. All persons interested
are encouraged to contact the park directly by phone or email
us at ftcrevecoeur@gmail.com,

APRIL
April 1: Fort Crevecoeur park and
campground officially open for the season, full access to all
parts of the park are restored.
MAY
May 20 - 22: Annual Fort Crevecoeur
Spring Redezvous. Gates are open to the public Saturday and
Sunday 9a - 5p. A small gate fee applies. All proceeds from
the gate go towards the upkeep of Fort Crevecoeur Park. If you
wish to be a participant in this event and are new to our Rendezvous
family please feel free to contact
us for details, or print off this registration
form, fill it out and mail it in, we would love to have
you join us. If you are a past participant and have not yet
recieved any registration papers please print off this registration
form, fill it out and mail it in. Walk-in's are also welcome.
JUNE
No events have been scheduled for this time.
JULY
July 8 - 9: Flintnappers napp-in.
Come see primitive flint artisans recreate the tools and weapons
of ages gone by. Hosted by local flint artisans Gary Goodrich
and Mark McDaniels.
AUGUST
No events have been scheduled for this time.
SEPTEMBER
September 23 - 25: Anual Fort Crevecoeur Fall Rendezvous.
Gates are open to the public Saturday and Sunday 9a - 5p. A

October 31: Fort Crevecoeur Campground
closes for the season.
NOVEMBER
No events have been scheduled for this time.
DECEMBER
December 31: Fort Crevecoeur Park
closes for the winter, limited access.
If you would like to schedule an event at Fort Crevecoeur please
feel free to contact
us. Members of our park board are also available for private
or public lectures if contacted within a reasonable amount of
time before the event. Walk-ins are also welcome at the Park
itself, we have staff on hand that would be glad to give you
a tour during the parks operational season.
